As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a vital role in shaping the visitor experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests upon arrival at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Handle incoming calls, filter calls, and redirect them appropriately.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and equipped with necessary supplies (such as pens, forms, brochures).
Control access through the reception, monitoring the electronic log and issuing visitor badges.

Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
