We are actively seeking a Recruitment Specialist to become part of our Human Resources - Recruitment Team at eXtra. Your role will involve a vital contribution to our hiring process and enhancing our retail recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for retail roles in collaboration with department heads.
  • Conduct interviews to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Maintain clear communication with candidates, providing updates and information throughout their hiring journey.
  • Track recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire and candidate quality.
  • Manage recruitment documentation and correspondence.
  • Oversee HRDF registration for eligible candidates.
  • Support local and international recruitment initiatives.
  • Facilitate hiring processes for Saudi and non-Saudi candidates according to business requirements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role.
  • Understanding of retail operations and manpower needs.
  • Prior experience in multi-location retail hiring is preferred.
  • Proficient communication skills in both Arabic and English.
