🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on SHEM / EHSS systems and requirements.
• Support the development and revision of SHEM standards and procedures.
• Conduct SHEM audits and drive compliance improvements.
• Analyze EHSS performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Lead culture transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for benchmarking and best practices.

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• 10–15+ years in EHSS / Plant Operations / Maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of SHEM Systems, Process Safety Management (PSM), Responsible Care, ISO 45001 / OHSAS.
• Preferred certifications include NEBOSH and Internal Auditor.

• Decontaminate operating areas and set up equipment for surgical procedures.

• Perform inventory management and restock supplies as required.
