We aim to build a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive. As a Safety Officer, your role will be critical in implementing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Health & Safety Implementation: Enforce project HSE policies, conduct daily site inspections, and monitor compliance with safety practices.
  • Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to client requirements and international safety standards while supporting HSE audits.
  • Incident Management: Report and analyze incidents, maintain HSE records, and prepare investigation reports.
  • Environmental Protection: Monitor environmental controls, ensuring proper handling of hazardous materials.
  • Training & Awareness: Deliver HSE inductions and support training programs to promote safety culture.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- HSE experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, or EPC projects, preferably in construction safety for large-scale projects.
- International safety certification like CSP or CMIOSH is highly desirable.
