• Identify and pursue project opportunities within the KSA market

• Minimum 6+ years experience in the KSA market
• Proven experience in sales coordination, project sales, or business development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to interact confidently with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Professional attitude and ability to represent the company in business discussions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business communication tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field

• Experience in construction companies
• Experience in companies specializing in architectural finishes is an advantage
• Existing network within the Saudi construction market
• Strong ability to identify opportunities and convert them into projects

As an Optician you will work as part of a team delivering total satisfaction to our customers through conducting thorough eye examinations and aftercare. You’ll offer our customers recommendations to the highest professional and ethical standards. You will use your knowledge to effectively identify customer needs and recommend eyewear and eye care solutions accordingly.

In addition you will act as an ambassador for RETAIL BANNER, ensuring every customer is welcomed into the store and to ensure their expectations are exceeded throughout the customer experience. You’ll get to perform almost all store functions including opening and closing, merchandising and of course selling. As a Luxottica ambassador you will understand and bring to life the Luxottica characteristics and the Oliver Peoples culture.

Major duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
• Coach assistants to consistently deliver effective selling behaviours resulting in high customer engagement
• Examine eyes of patients of all ages in accordance with the local guidelines
• Issue prescriptions for spectacles or contact lenses (if available)
• Offer help and advice for patients choosing frames and lenses
• Liaise with other medical practitioners
• Meet sales targets with regard to selling spectacles & contact lenses

• Minimum of 1 year experience and in the possession of an optical diploma
• Written and verbal communication skills in English

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Advanced experience in UI/UX design and prototyping.
• Advanced motion graphics and video editing skills.
