What Will You Do❓
- Respond to and qualify real-time telephone and web inquiries coming from Foodics website and other communication channels regarding our company's products and services.
- Do cold calls to generate new sales opportunities and endorse to the sales team, once converted.
- Follow-up leads via phone and email to schedule meetings between prospects and Foodics sales team and insert leads into the CRM.
- Handle inquiries and overcome objections regarding Foodics with an end goal of scheduling a sales demo.
- Manage prospects with the ability to articulate value proposition, navigate objections, and foster relationships.
- Communicate in a manner that establishes Foodics as an authoritative source and gives the prospect a feel for the brand.
- Establish rapport on the phone and back it up with confident credibility.
- Work closely with the entire sales operations team to accelerate the sales cycle and to extend our reach into target accounts.
- Support marketing efforts by assisting in online, direct mail and other marketing campaigns.

What Are We Looking For❓
- Bachelor's degree holder in Communications, English or any business course.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred, but talented individuals with a passion for SaaS sales will be considered.
- Confident in handling calls and making cold calls.
- Excellent customer service skills - will never take a 'NO' personality.
- Previous experience in a hospitality environment is a plus.
- Experience using Salesforce or any CRM systems is an advantage.
- Must be fluent in speaking in Arabic and English. Fluency in other languages is an advantage.
- Should be well organized and have exceptional attention to details.
- A desire for continuous learning, improvement, and overall career growth.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

As a crucial member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for the thorough cleaning and maintenance of medical and surgical tools to prevent the spread of infections in hospitals. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring compliance with health regulations and the safety of patients.

• Decontaminate surgical and medical instruments and operating areas.

Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated Safety Supervisor for a full-time, on-site position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The Safety Supervisor will oversee workplace safety protocols, conduct safety training programs, and ensure compliance with occupational health regulations. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing regular safety audits.
• Investigating workplace accidents.
• Implementing preventive measures for hazards.

This role will require collaboration with various teams to foster a safe working environment.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:

• Expertise in Health & Safety, including safety standards implementation.
• Ability to conduct Safety Training sessions.
• Knowledge of Safety Engineering principles.

A degree or certification in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field is highly preferred, along with familiarity with Saudi Arabian safety regulations (SCE Approval).
