Join Carrier as a Senior Service Sales Engineer
Carrier, the leader in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, invites you to be a part of our team in Dammam, KSA. We are looking for a dynamic sales professional to handle various sales activities and customer relationships in our service and aftermarket business.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on sales inquiries related to service agreements and repairs.
  • Lead negotiations to ensure optimum profit levels.
  • Achieve timely order bookings and meet sales metrics and targets.
  • Manage existing customer relationships while developing new ones to enhance service revenue growth.
  • Provide professional proposals and technical support for digitalized services.
  • Ensure successful payment collection and meet financial targets.
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts and execute customer visit schedules.
  • Increase market share and product awareness through customer interactions.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an MBA.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in the HVAC industry with a focus on service sales.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • This role is exclusively for Saudi candidates.
