Role Overview:
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for directing and managing the van sales operations within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will focus on achieving the budgeted volume and margin for Almarai products while ensuring team performance is continuously monitored and optimized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve weekly distribution targets across all trade channels; optimize sales and increase market share.
  • Monitor product orders in alignment with market demand to control wastage.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's credit policy among all customers.
  • Adhere to Almarai's quality and safety policies to maintain product quality and employee safety.
  • Identify the training needs of Supervisors and facilitate necessary trainings.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business.
  • Experience in budgetary preparation and planning.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and written English skills.
  • Able to adapt to business needs and implement new strategies.
  • Familiarity with the FMCG industry work routine.
  • Exceptional team management and leadership skills.
