Key Responsibilities:

Soudal, the largest independent producer of mastics, adhesives and PU foams in Europe, is seeking an Arabic-speaking Sales Representative based in Dammam. With over 4,800 employees and an annual turnover of * billion euros, Soudal offers a dynamic and international work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients and expand the customer database in the region.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with target companies, particularly in the aluminium and glass industries.
- Deliver product and service demonstrations to potential clients.
- Oversee the sales process from initiation to deal closure and follow up on customer satisfaction.
- Submit periodic activity, client, and competitor reports to the Sales Manager.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Warehouse, Accounting, and Customer Service to support effective operations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
- At least 3 years of sales experience with a preference for experience in aluminium and glass companies.
- Arab nationality is required, living in the Dammam area.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Possession of a valid Saudi or international driving license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, conversational).
- Strong skills in prospecting and generating new sales opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and achieve targets.
- Disciplined and dedicated approach to tasks.
