CMA CGM, a global leader in transportation and logistics, is expanding our team in Dammam. We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Outside Sales Representative to manage and develop a customer portfolio within a specified geographic area. In this critical role, you will sell our wide range of products and services, ensuring to uphold the Group's image and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a customer portfolio based on the Agency Business Plan.
  • Identify commercial market opportunities and maintain customer relationships through regular visits.
  • Promote and sell all Group products and services including eCommerce and contract logistics.
  • Process customer requests and provide regular updates on company services and products.
  • Participate in establishing commercial action plans and ensure effective customer segmentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for sales leads and customer inquiries.
  • Ensure the proper update of commercial data in our information systems.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of shipping services and local market dynamics.
  • Proficient in English and skilled in IT applications for reporting.
  • Must be based in Dammam with a valid driving license.
