Join MELCO as a Sales Executive in our Safety Solutions Department!

We are a distinguished and fast-growing company specializing in the supply of safety equipment and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) solutions for industrial, construction, and energy sectors. Our mission is to enhance workplace safety across Saudi Arabia.

Job Objective:
The role aims to achieve sustainable sales growth by managing customer relationships, developing existing accounts, and acquiring new clients while adhering to the company’s sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute sales plans and achieve approved monthly and annual sales targets.
• Market and sell safety products and PPE (helmets, safety shoes, gloves, goggles, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong B2B client relationships.
• Prepare quotations and manage negotiations until deal closure.
• Follow up on collections in coordination with the finance department.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and market trends.
• Represent the company professionally during client visits and meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in safety equipment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in the field and consistently achieve targets.
• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.
• Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, Email, CRM).
• Valid driving license.
