Join our dynamic team as a Sales Specialist!
We are looking for a dedicated individual responsible for driving sales of airline tickets and related services within the domestic market. This role is crucial for increasing revenue and market share by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote airline services to travel agencies, corporate clients, and other potential customers within the domestic market.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to secure contracts and partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and threats.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to address client needs and preferences.
  • Monitor sales performance and financial metrics to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals.
  • Analyze sales data and market feedback to identify opportunities for revenue optimization and cost reduction.
  • Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to stimulate sales and increase revenue.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue transactions.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure smooth execution of sales transactions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, especially in the airline industry or a related field.
  • Experience in sales or marketing in Saudi Arabia is a must.
  • Experience in airline reservation systems (*, Amadeus, Sabre or LCC system) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of Riyadh and/or Dammam travel agencies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
