We are a reputable and well-established Medical Device company actively seeking a skilled Sales Specialist to join our team in Dammam or Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide pre-sales and after-sales support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and effectively sell the portfolio to potential customers.
  • Establish a network of clients to cater to specific target markets.
  • Maintain customer rapport and foster strong relationships.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed assigned targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 35 years of sales experience in selling laboratory products or solutions to clients within the Clinical, Pharmaceutical, Food Testing, Academic, or Industrial sectors in the Eastern & Western KSA region.
  • Proficient in using sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews at the stated locations.
