Join Nestlé as a Field Sales Supervisor
This is a fantastic opportunity to become a part of Nestlé Waters, the global leader in bottled water, producing renowned brands such as Al Manhal and Nestlé Pure Life in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities:
  • Increase the number of daily transactions/invoicing and retail outlet visits through Retail routes.
  • Boost numeric and weighted TT presence in the Retail market.
  • Ensure adequate market coverage to face competition and provide flawless service.
  • Control and enhance route performance in line with targets.
  • Ensure compliance with Nestlé's standards in all task executions.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Physical familiarity with the key areas in the Eastern Region.
  • English language proficiency.

    • Identify competitors’ capability
    • Develop the business in different market segments
  • Reporting:
    • Monitor and generate daily/weekly and monthly reports for each sales member
    • Prepare regular monthly and fortnightly forecasts

Education & Certifications
University degree in Engineering, Business, Sales and Marketing, or any related field.

Required Years of Experience
4-5 years of proven sales experience in a related field.
