Job Summary:
The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing sales operations and ensuring product availability in self-service supermarkets. This role will focus on building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise sales operations for self-service supermarket accounts.
  • Manage relationships with supermarket customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Ensure proper product availability, stock rotation, and shelf presence.
  • Coordinate logistics and warehouse teams for timely deliveries.
  • Monitor sales performance and achieve assigned targets.
  • Implement promotions and follow up on product visibility in stores.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order processing.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback.

Requirements & Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in FMCG or food distribution.
  • Background in dealing with supermarkets or retail accounts.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of sales operations and inventory flow.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Experience in supermarkets or convenience stores.
