We are seeking a dedicated and organized Storekeeper to manage our inventory and assist in warehouse operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring that materials and equipment are properly received, inspected, stored, and issued. Your attention to detail will help maintain accurate inventory records, conduct periodic counts, and facilitate smooth communication with procurement and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and store materials and equipment.
  • Issue materials according to approved requests.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
  • Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials.
  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams regarding stock requirements.

Skills Required:
  • Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management procedures.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Good communication skills in English.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse operations, or inventory management.
