Are you passionate about ensuring quality service in the automotive industry? At KGM Abdullah Saleh Al-bazie, we are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to oversee our maintenance center and ensure operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the workflow at the maintenance center, ensuring all staff are performing their duties effectively.
  • Address customer issues and inquiries, ensuring high-quality service is provided.
  • Issue directives to technicians for efficient repair operations to enhance workshop productivity and quality.
  • Assist in diagnosing automotive system faults and train technicians on repair tasks.
  • Evaluate technician skill levels and maintain precise matrices reflecting each technician's performance based on company standards.
  • Familiarize yourself with the manufacturer’s warranty policy and ensure compliance with workshop policies.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of a diploma.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • One year of experience in a relevant field.
  • Good computer skills.
