About the Role

Exergy, a specialist valve manufacturer supplying the energy sector across Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Technical Project Manager Valves. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, and involves joining the company's production team.

Role Overview and Scope

This role is central to project execution, requiring collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams. The Technical Project Manager will manage highly engineered valve orders through both the offer and order phases, from the initial specification review to final delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze project specifications to define design and manufacturing requirements at both the offer and order stages.
• Review technical product requirements and specifications to ensure full project compliance.
• Validate the technical content of offers and orders before submission.
• Lead technical clarification discussions directly with end clients during both the offer and order phases.
• Manage direct Saudi Aramco Portal Bid submissions.
• Review project documentation to identify and resolve specification discrepancies before they become execution issues.
• Monitor and report on the technical requirements plan throughout project execution.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Gate, Globe, Check, and Ball valve types is essential.
• Prior experience working on Saudi Aramco projects is strongly preferred, including familiarity with Aramco engineering standards (SAMSS, SAES, SAEP) and vendor/AVL processes.
• A background in valve manufacturing, EPC, or a related industrial engineering environment.
• Comfortable managing technical negotiations and client-facing discussions independently.
• Demonstrated strong documentation and project reporting skills.

Location and Relocation

This position is based in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. Candidates currently located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with relevant Saudi Aramco project experience are welcome to apply. Relocation support will be considered for suitable candidates.
