Position Summary:
As a Guest Service Expert, you will play an essential role in providing a great dining experience through various tasks including setting tables, interacting with guests, handling their requests, and ensuring cleanliness in the dining areas. Key responsibilities include:

• Setting and clearing tables with attention to detail.
• Serving food and drinks to guests while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen staff to fulfill guest orders.
• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards within the restaurant.
• Moving throughout the dining area and assisting guests as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
• No supervisory experience needed.
• Certification is not required.
