Join Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare as a Senior Administrative Officer
This pivotal role reports to the Chief of Centers of Excellence, where you will oversee commercial development, finance, strategy, and administrative operations for the JHAH CoE.

Responsibilities include:
  • Lead the business strategy implementation for Oncology and Cardiovascular CoE.
  • Organize and coordinate administrative activities aligned with clinical and nursing leads.
  • Develop and manage service level agreements between CoE and other departments.
  • Advance quality and patient safety initiatives consistent with JHAH policies.
  • Regularly assess industry trends to identify growth opportunities within clinical sub-specialties.

Key Competencies:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; MBA/MHA/MPH preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in a complex health system, especially in oncology and/or cardiovascular care.
  • Strong financial management and operational experience.
  • Proven leadership and change management capabilities.

  • Proficiency with government platforms (GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English; experience with HRMS is a plus.
  • CIPD and SHRM certifications are a plus.
