Join KBR as a Business Analyst – Operations
We are seeking a highly capable and driven individual for an exciting development role within our Technology Solutions unit. As a Business Analyst, you will support the Senior Director of Operations, engaging with senior leadership while working across a multi-site and multi-country operation.

Role Overview
This role is ideal for a high-potential graduate in engineering or a related discipline, with a minimum of five years of experience in business finance, bidding, procurement, or operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Support: Facilitate the coordination of operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Progress Monitoring: Ensure timely delivery of project priorities through proactive tracking.
  • Financial Analysis: Interpret financial data and assist in cost reviews and forecasting.
  • Business Metrics: Create and analyze dashboards reporting business performance.
  • Presentation Development: Prepare high-quality presentations for various stakeholders.
  • Business Development: Help compile bids and engage with clients for proposal reviews.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work independently, often liaising with senior team members.
  • Travel & Site Engagement: Conduct regular visits to project sites in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Iraq.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, MIS, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years in a business-facing role such as finance, procurement, or operations.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the capability to challenge financial information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in report and presentation creation.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and attentive to detail.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the Middle East.
