Join Our Team as a Cementing Operations Manager!
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cementing Operations Manager to lead our drilling services operations at Weatherford. This role is crucial in managing all cementing operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning, design, and execution of all cementing jobs, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
  • Manage the preparation of cement slurries, additive blending, and lab testing to achieve operational and well integrity goals.
  • Ensure optimal utilization and maintenance of cementing units and related tools.
  • Supervise pre-job engineering activities and coordinate closely with drilling teams.
  • Monitor real-time job performance and make necessary operational adjustments.
  • Review post-job reports and analyze operational data for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with HSSE regulations and company policies.
  • Manage inventory of cement and additives to avoid shortages.
  • Lead troubleshooting of operational issues and support training for engineers and field crews.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to prepare tenders and client-specific solutions.
  • Manage budgets and cost control measures for financial objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of cementing operations experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in P&L management within oilfield services.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of cementing processes.
  • Fluency in English.
