We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cementing Operations Manager to lead our drilling services operations at Weatherford. This role is crucial in managing all cementing operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, design, and execution of all cementing jobs, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
Manage the preparation of cement slurries, additive blending, and lab testing to achieve operational and well integrity goals.
Ensure optimal utilization and maintenance of cementing units and related tools.
Supervise pre-job engineering activities and coordinate closely with drilling teams.
Monitor real-time job performance and make necessary operational adjustments.
Review post-job reports and analyze operational data for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with HSSE regulations and company policies.
Manage inventory of cement and additives to avoid shortages.
Lead troubleshooting of operational issues and support training for engineers and field crews.
Collaborate with sales teams to prepare tenders and client-specific solutions.
Manage budgets and cost control measures for financial objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of cementing operations experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in P&L management within oilfield services.
Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
In-depth technical knowledge of cementing processes.
Fluency in English.
