As a key player in the world's leading chemical company, this role will offer you the chance to provide executive and administrative support to the Managing Director while managing communication and coordination for ongoing projects.

What You Can Expect:
  • Executive & Administrative Support: Manage the MD’s schedule, organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
  • Office Coordination & Business Reporting: Support regional office activities and prepare internal reports.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate communications with headquarters, regional offices, and key partners.
  • Meetings, Events & Executive Logistics: Organize management meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Governance, Compliance & Risk Coordination: Assist in compliance activities and document management.
  • Cross-Functional & Operational Coordination: Liaise with internal departments to follow up on MD priorities.

What You Offer:
  • Bachelor in Administration or Commercial training.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills in English (Arabic is beneficial).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in a similar role is a must.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in the Oil & Gas sector is a plus.
