Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dhahran for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their event planning needs, developing tailored solutions, and building strong client relationships. Additional responsibilities include:
- Generating and pursuing sales leads.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations.
- Meeting sales targets.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless execution of events.
Qualifications:
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and represent the company professionally.
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive and achieve defined sales goals.
- Ability to deliver Training and demonstrate leadership in helping both clients and internal teams.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
- Dynamic and adaptable, with a customer-focused approach to problem solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
