Your qualifications:
  • You enjoy dealing with customers and have experience in sales, preferably in the footwear or fashion sector.
  • You provide customers with an ideal shopping experience by understanding their needs and offering appropriate advice.
  • The ability to deal with several customers at the same time without difficulty.
  • You have a team spirit and radiate positive and motivating energy to others.
  • You possess strong communication skills, are proficient in the German language excellently, and English proficiency is also preferred.

Your role in the team:
  • Active interaction with customers with a warm welcome and friendly smile to create a comfortable shopping environment.
  • Conducting persuasive sales conversations to introduce customers to products and increase sales rates.
  • Ensuring products are displayed attractively according to visual merchandising standards.
  • Accurately and efficiently managing payment and accounting processes.

  • Uses Emerson Business Systems to manage opportunities and customer entities.
  • Reviews and provides input/feedback on all proposals generated by the Proposal team, collaborates with global Subject Matter Experts to build the best-suited technical solution for customers.
