We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Develop strategic plans to expand the company’s customer base
- Lead negotiations and close business deals
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets and growth objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Business Development or Sales (3–5 years minimum)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships and manage clients effectively
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
