We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Inventory Control Specialist to manage our inventory records and ensure accuracy in the operations of materials and goods.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare records and cards for items, entering data related to types, names, received and issued quantities.
• Monitor minimum inventory levels and notify the concerned parties for procurement orders.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and match quantities with records.
• Prepare, document, and submit work reports.

Work Schedule:
Six working days per week with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing correspondence and appointments.
• Organizing and archiving administrative files both electronically and in paper form.
• Drafting internal and external communications.
• Coordinating meetings and ensuring logistics are handled.
• Monitoring the execution of directives from management.
• Supporting human resources with attendance tracking and employee letters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Marketing, or Executive Secretarial.
• Preferred certifications: CCNA, SPHR-CA, CAME - HRMC, CFA, SASL.
• Proficiency in Arabic, English, and any additional languages is preferred.
