About the Role
Napco National is seeking a Sales Executive to join its team in Hail, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience looking to develop their careers in sales within the fast-moving consumer goods sector. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring product visibility within their assigned territory.
As a Sales Executive, you will contribute to expanding market reach and achieving sales targets by promoting and selling Napco National's product range. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell the company's product range to assigned customers and provide feedback on competitive activities in the designated area.
- Ensure the correct implementation of planograms to optimize product display and availability.
- Issue special order requests to meet customer demands.
- Collect invoices according to the company's aging policy to ensure timely payments.
- Prepare all necessary documents for call cycles and business reviews prior to market visits.
- Identify and report new potential customers in the assigned area to the team leader.
- Actively pursue sales opportunities with all potential customers.
- Handle customer complaints effectively and report them to the sales team leader for resolution.
- Present customer orders and daily collections to the team leader and the distributor or accountant.
- Issue return forms for defective products, obtaining superior approval before processing the return.
- Report any unresolved problems or objections encountered to the team leader.
- Conduct quarterly customer account reconciliations and obtain customer signatures/approval.
- Perform inventory checks for every visit, covering both warehouses and shelves.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience in a sales role.
- Ability to manage customer relationships and handle complaints effectively.
- Proficiency in conducting inventory checks and managing stock.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
