Job Title: Surveillance Technician

Job Description: Supervising the operations of security surveillance cameras, operating surveillance systems, and dealing with and responding to security emergencies around the clock.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supervising surveillance camera operations and handling and investigating alarms and fire emergencies.
  • Operating and maintaining alarm systems and surveillance cameras.
  • Downloading and managing recordings for use in future investigations.
  • Investigating emergencies and violations of security policies and procedures.
  • Following policies and procedures that comply with security laws and regulations and reporting problems to management as they arise.
  • Submitting reports related to causes and outcomes to management and recommending a course of action.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
