Responsibilities

  • Managing all activities related to document and record management.
  • Interacting with visitors and reviewers efficiently.
  • Managing oral and written communication processes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Marketing, or Executive Secretarial.
  • A minimum of two years of practical experience in the secretarial field.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Holding certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) is preferred.
