Stock Supervisor
Join Abdulrahman Othman Mohammed Al-Othman and Partner as a Stock Supervisor, where you will play a vital role in managing inventory and contributing to process improvement. We are looking for someone who has a passion for detail and precision in work.

Job Description:
You will be responsible for preparing records and item cards, entering data related to types, names, received and issued quantities. In addition to monitoring the reorder level of materials and goods, inventory counting and comparing results with records, and preparing and presenting work reports.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare records and item cards for both goods and stored materials.
  • Enter data related to received and issued materials and goods (inputs and outputs).
  • Participate in determining the reorder level for materials and goods and notify relevant parties to prepare purchase orders.
  • Monitor and track expiration dates.
  • Participate in inventory counting and matching quantities with records and cards.
  • Prepare and present work reports, document and save them.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Warehouse Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management.
  • High School Certificate.

Successful completion of a Diploma, with 3+ years of relevant experience in material handling and 5+ years in chemical/refinery maintenance.
