What will you do?

* Lead the sales team and motivate them to achieve monthly targets.

* Monitor team performance and provide periodic reports to management.

* Train and develop sales representatives.

* Develop field plans to increase sales and expand the customer base.

* Solve daily problems and ensure efficient work operations.

We are looking for a person:

* Has experience in sales or supervision.

* Knows how to manage a team and create a motivating work environment.

* An initiative person, a leader, and loves achievement.
* Have transportation
