💼 Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and welcoming customers professionally and identifying their needs.
  • Answering the phone and customer inquiries.
  • Assisting customers in choosing the right frames for their face shape and personal style.
  • Providing a comprehensive explanation of the features and types of lenses (prescription, sunglasses, and contact lenses).
  • Guiding and educating customers on how to wear glasses and take proper care of them.
  • Arranging, cleaning, and organizing the showroom and displays to ensure an attractive appearance.
  • Assisting in sales operations: issuing invoices, receiving and delivering products, and managing returns.
  • Managing daily orders.
