About the Product Manager Role

MPS Bashirco is seeking a dedicated Product Manager to oversee the Dental Department. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and Makkah, requiring a professional with 2-5 years of relevant experience to drive product strategy and performance.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Product Manager will be responsible for the strategic management and development of products and services within the Dental Department. The primary objective is to achieve sales and profitability targets through effective product planning and execution. This role involves comprehensive oversight of product lifecycle, inventory, pricing, and market positioning.

Key Duties and Strategic Execution

• Develop and implement a product management strategy for the dental department's product portfolio.
• Analyze product performance, focusing on sales, profitability, and market share.
• Identify customer needs and make recommendations for product additions or discontinuations.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial selection through to discontinuation.
• Implement pricing strategies in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure an optimal balance between supply and product turnover.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding supply, pricing, and commercial offers.
• Prepare demand forecasts and annual sales plans.
• Provide sales teams with essential financial and commercial product information.
• Contribute to the planning of sales campaigns and promotional offers.
• Monitor competitor activities and analyze market offers and opportunities.
• Prepare annual reports on sales, profitability, and revenue/expense reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements pertaining to products and dental devices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Dental or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, manufacturing, or dental sales.
• Preferred experience in the field of dental products or manufacturing.
