Medicals International is seeking a passionate and driven individual to manage and organize all accounts related to their assigned territory in the ophthalmology line. This role is pivotal in achieving sales targets and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

Main Function:
- Manage and organize all accounts in the assigned territory.

Duties & Responsibilities:
I. Marketing Function:
1. Implement marketing plans set by management.

3. Provide necessary training on products for practitioners and assistants.
4. Maintain a professional company image by upholding strong work ethics and product knowledge.
5. Handle customer complaints professionally and respond to queries knowledgeably.

II. Selling Function:
1. Introduce and sell the full product line using appropriate selling techniques.
2. Aim to reach sales targets by following a monthly schedule.
3. Conduct a minimum of 15 sales calls daily.
4. Handle orders and agreements according to company standards.
5. Follow up on client payments ethically.

III. Managerial/Administrative:
1. Optimize time in assigned territory while minimizing costs.
2. Track customer history and manage records appropriately.
3. Prepare monthly schedules in coordination with the supervisor.
4. Submit daily reports of activities.

Special Conditions:
- This is a field job requiring constant travel.
- A valid driving license is essential.
- Regular email connectivity is required.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s is preferable.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical field.
