About the Role:
Your main responsibilities will include monitoring invoicing, credit notes issuance, customer reconciliations, and AR reporting. Additionally, you will be involved in:
  • Preparing and reviewing monthly customer statements.
  • Monitoring customer payments and updating receivables aging.
  • Managing discrepancies and liaising with various departments and customers.
  • Posting credit notes and updating customer data on SAP.
  • Ensuring VAT compliance related to invoices and processing.

Who We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in AR.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience with SAP is a must.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Certifications (CIPP, CPP or relevant procurement certifications)
- 23 years of procurement experience
- Experience in Retail, Logistics, Real Estate, IF&B sectors in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and UAE markets.
