As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in managing the procurement of food and beverage-specific commodities and services. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Compiling and summarizing data to create detailed reports and proposals related to procurement activities.
  • Preparing and submitting regular reports to management, detailing purchasing activities and market observations.
  • Understanding market factors influencing commodity costs and tracking inventory levels.
  • Conducting research to identify and evaluate potential F&B suppliers.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 24 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
