Role Overview:
As a Bartender / Barista, you will be responsible for crafting outstanding beverages and delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, cocktails, and specialty drinks.
• Engage with customers and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar/coffee station in accordance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay updated on new beverage trends and develop recipes.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender or Barista.
• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for coffee and mixology.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Perform cashiering functions and adhere to cashiering procedures.
• Apply FIFO method to utilize products effectively and reduce waste.
• Adhere to CORE’s policies and dress code during working hours.

• Maintaining cleanliness in the work area and coffee preparation equipment
• Efficiently and professionally handling customer orders
• Contributing to inventory management and ensuring all ingredients are available
