About the Business Applications & Digital Platforms Manager Role

Al Borg Diagnostics is seeking a Business Applications & Digital Platforms Manager to oversee and support its business applications and digital platforms. This role serves as the central point of contact between business users, vendors, and IT teams, ensuring the successful delivery, adoption, enhancement, and support of enterprise applications and digital solutions. The primary focus will be on optimizing business processes, driving user engagement, managing vendor relationships, and aligning technology solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP applications, coordinating business requirements, enhancement requests, and application improvements.
  • Collaborate with vendors and implementation partners to resolve issues and implement enhancements, while supporting application testing, upgrades, and releases.
  • Monitor application performance and user satisfaction across business applications.
  • Support CRM implementation and ongoing enhancements, gathering requirements from business users to improve customer engagement processes.
  • Manage customer-facing platforms including CRM, WhatsApp Business, and other communication channels, while supporting user adoption and training.
  • Oversee website and mobile application enhancement initiatives, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders on improvements.
  • Monitor website and mobile application performance and user feedback, and support the implementation of new digital services and features.
  • Collaborate with business departments to understand operational requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, and support user training and change management.
  • Coordinate business reporting and dashboard requirements, supporting Power BI initiatives and defining KPIs with business users.
  • Assist in improving data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Participate in application and digital platform projects, tracking progress, risks, and issues, and ensuring timely delivery of project components.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with application vendors and service providers, monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with service levels.
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of AI-enabled business solutions and identify opportunities for automation and productivity improvements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in enterprise applications, business systems, or digital platforms.
  • Proven experience supporting ERP, CRM, or other business applications.
  • Experience working effectively with business users and external vendors.
  • Ability to understand data models, relationships, and business reporting structures.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database concepts to effectively collaborate with technical teams.
  • Experience defining reporting requirements, KPIs, and dashboard specifications.
  • Knowledge of data visualization, performance analytics, and management reporting.
  • Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or service industries is preferred.

Work Type and Environment

This is a full-time position. The role requires close collaboration across various departments and with external partners.
