Join Raffles the Red Sea as our Head Butler!
Located in the picturesque coastal town of Umluj, Saudi Arabia, Raffles the Red Sea is seeking an exceptional Head Butler to lead our esteemed butler team. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of personalized service and guest satisfaction in our luxurious resort.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the butler team, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the butler department
  • Train and mentor butler staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure all guest requests and preferences are met
  • Personally attend to VIP guests and handle special requests
  • Manage butler schedules, assignments, and workload distribution
  • Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain service standards
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Manage inventory and supplies for the butler department
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative service concepts
  • Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 3-5 years in a senior butler or leadership role
  • Proven track record of managing a team of butlers in a high-end hotel or resort
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
  • Professional butler certification from a recognized institution (*, The International Butler Academy)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in English; additional languages, especially Arabic, are advantageous
  • Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment
  • Impeccable grooming and professional appearance
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
