Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant environment prior to service periods.
• Provide recommendations on menu selections to guests.
• Accurately take guest orders and serve food and beverages with care.
• Focus on guest satisfaction and aim to create positive and memorable moments during service.
• Coordinate effectively with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Ensure all guest billing is processed accurately and posted correctly.
• Adhere to Shangri-La's established Food Safety Processes and Procedures.
• Support colleagues to ensure the overall success of the Food & Beverage outlet.
• Assist supervisors in maintaining smooth and efficient meal service operations.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including dish preparation details.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience working as a waiter in a 5-star hotel environment.
