Job Purpose:
The Cashier will support daily financial and customer service operations by handling cash transactions, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring smooth front-office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle cash, card, and online payment transactions accurately
• Issue receipts, invoices, and payment confirmations
• Maintain daily cash balances and prepare reports
• Support customers with payment-related inquiries
• Coordinate with the finance team for reconciliations
• Ensure all transactions follow company policies and procedures
• Maintain proper records of collections and refunds
• Support front desk and travel operations when required

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in cashiering or finance-related roles
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
• Experience in travel, hospitality, retail, or service industry preferred
• Knowledge of cash handling, POS systems, and reconciliation
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently
• Customer-focused with good teamwork skills

A cashier is required to work in one of the restaurant branches. Responsibilities include receiving cash and electronic payments, issuing invoices and receipts through the Foodics POS system, accurately recording financial transactions, and reconciling the cash register and closing daily sales. Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems is required, and experience with the Foodics system is preferred, along with accuracy, integrity, good customer interaction skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Job locations in Jeddah: Al-Salama, Al-Ajawid, Al-Samer, Al-Naseem, Al-Sanabel, and Abhur. The work location will be determined based on operational needs.

A cashier is required to work in a dynamic business environment, where you will be responsible for receiving customers and providing excellent customer service, and conducting financial transactions accurately and quickly. The main tasks include: operating point-of-sale devices, processing cash and electronic payments, managing inventory and recording daily sales, and ensuring the cash register balances at the end of each shift. The position requires excellent communication skills, accuracy in dealing with numbers, and the ability to work under pressure during peak times while maintaining a smile and friendliness in dealing with all customers.
