Are you customer-focused and passionate about delivering excellent service? 4 Horizons Group, a leading service provider in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a Cashier Customer Service to join our team in Jiddah.

Role Overview:
This full-time, on-site position involves processing customer transactions, maintaining accurate cash drawers, and ensuring a superior shopping experience. You will assist customers with purchases, provide product information, handle payments, and resolve inquiries. Keeping the cashier area clean and organized, while adhering to company policies, will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic mathematical, cash handling, and point-of-sale (POS) system experience.
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous experience in cashier or customer service roles is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
