About the Content Manager Role

Philips is seeking a Content Manager to develop and execute end-to-end content strategies. This full-time position focuses on strengthening brand equity, enhancing consumer engagement, and driving measurable business outcomes. The role requires a strategic approach, data-driven decision-making, and a commitment to execution excellence.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Content Manager will operate at the intersection of brand, digital, and commercial teams. This role involves translating consumer insights and business objectives into compelling content across various platforms. Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning and delivering an insight-led content strategy across digital, social, and campaign channels.
  • Developing and governing a structured content calendar aligned with brand and commercial priorities.
  • Translating business goals into platform-specific storytelling and narratives.
  • Partnering with agencies and cross-functional teams to create, review, and optimize content assets.
  • Continuously tracking content performance and driving optimization through testing and insights.
  • Ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all consumer-facing content.

Collaboration and Stakeholders

This role requires close collaboration with several key teams and external partners to ensure cohesive content execution and alignment with broader business objectives. Key collaborators include:

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess a strong foundation in content strategy and execution. The preferred qualifications and experience include:

  • Preferably 5+ years of relevant experience in content management or strategy.
  • Strong storytelling and content strategy capabilities with experience across multi-channel ecosystems.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly within a cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstrated high ownership, agility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • A bias for action and a continuous learning mindset.
  • Proven ability to drive collaboration and alignment across teams to achieve business impact.

Performance Metrics
