About the Role:
As a Senior Cost Control Engineer at Hill International, you will play a vital role in ensuring effective financial management and cost control across major construction projects. Your responsibilities will include developing cost control strategies, monitoring financial data, preparing reports, and collaborating with project managers to track project costs.

Qualifications:
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Engineering from an accredited university, with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience. Extensive knowledge of project costing and the ability to negotiate with multiple stakeholders are essential. Fluency in both Arabic and English, along with excellent communication skills, is required.

- Develop and implement cost control strategies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and present financial reports and budget forecasts to senior management.
- Coordinate with project managers to control project costs.
- Review purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports for compliance.
- Conduct regular audits of financial records.
- Train and mentor cost control staff on processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with teams to develop cost reduction initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
