Join Hilton as a Reservations Agent!
We are looking for a dedicated individual who will be the main contact for room reservations at our hotel. As a Reservations Agent, you are expected to provide exceptional service, influencing guests' decisions to stay at our property.

What will you be doing?
As a Reservations Agent, your tasks will include:

Converting inquiries into contracted business quickly.
Responding positively to sales inquiries to develop future leads.
Responding to customers in a highly professional manner.
Ensuring all reservations are completed accurately to meet the Guest's expectations.
Providing prompt service while maintaining the hotel's brand standards.

What are we looking for?
A successful Reservations Agent at Hilton should possess:

A passion for delivering great customer service.
Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
Outstanding administration and organizational skills.
Intermediate computer proficiency.

It is advantageous to have previous experience in a Reservations environment and tertiary qualifications or a collegiate-level degree.
