Your Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of product life cycles, overseeing everything from business requirements to monitoring.
- Design, develop, and maintain data platforms and pipelines within our fintech environment.
- Improve the scalability, stability, and efficiency of systems and mentor others in code quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to bring innovative solutions to market.

Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in developing performance-critical applications using Scala, Java, C#, or Kotlin.
- Proficiency with data tooling like Spark and Kafka, and strong SQL skills.
- Experience in optimizing big data pipelines and performance-driven architectures.
- Knowledge in agile methodologies and strong communication skills.
