We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Advisor to join our esteemed firm located in Jeddah, Makkah. At Nawabegh Law Firm, we pride ourselves on delivering expert legal services to both individuals and businesses, specializing in corporate law, litigation, and legal consulting.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate legal advice to clients and partners.
  • Prepare and review commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Oversee cases and follow up on legal proceedings.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal field within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Proficiency in drafting contracts and legal memoranda in both Arabic and English.
  • Extensive knowledge of Saudi regulations, including Companies Law, Labor Law, and Contracts Law.
  • Excellent communication skills.
