About the Role

PayTech Group is seeking a Digital Marketing & Campaign Lead to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This contract role focuses on driving customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, with a specific emphasis on cards and retail banking products.

Role Overview and Objectives

This position combines hands-on delivery with performance marketing and data-driven optimization to support broader client growth initiatives. The Lead will play a critical role in shaping and implementing marketing strategies that enhance product visibility and drive measurable results across various digital channels. The focus is on achieving key performance indicators related to customer growth and engagement within the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, encompassing ATL, TTL, and digital channels.
• Lead acquisition and product growth campaigns specifically for cards.
• Define targeting strategies utilizing customer segmentation and A/B testing methodologies.
• Support go-to-market activities for both new and existing products.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across paid search (Google Ads), display, programmatic channels, and social media platforms.
• Track and improve key metrics including customer acquisition, conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on marketing investment (ROMI).
• Develop and manage media plans and budget allocation, optimizing spend across channels for maximum performance.
• Coordinate with external media and creative agencies as required.
• Monitor campaign performance, produce actionable insights, and conduct A/B testing and experimentation.
• Deliver comprehensive campaign performance reporting and dashboards, driving continuous optimization based on data insights.
• Collaborate with product, cards business, sales, and distribution teams, as well as external partners and vendors.
• Support alignment between marketing campaigns and overarching business objectives.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 7–10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Campaign Management.
• Experience in banking, fintech, or cards marketing is preferred.
