Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic leadership and direction for the GDAC Analytics Team.
• Develop and execute the analytics vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary analytics and AI teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Drive innovation through the application of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities and deliver business value.
• Ensure robust governance, maintain quality standards, and implement best practices across analytics initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Analytics Leadership.
• Fluent communication skills are essential for effective interaction with various stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills are required.
