We're seeking an experienced and innovative E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy and drive the growth of our e-commerce platform. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive e-commerce strategies aimed at enhancing customer experience and increasing online sales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish Standards and Best Practices:
- Develop systems and standards for new product listings and content creation.
- Support digital marketing areas including PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, and Website UX.

• Performance Analysis and Sales Monitoring:
- Track product sales using analytics tools and oversee stock management.
- Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and customer service teams to enhance efficiency.

• Product Management and Promotional Activities:
- Manage product uploads and execute promotional campaigns.
- Conduct regular site checks and coordinate activities in e-commerce marketplaces.

• Reporting and Data Insights:
- Prepare reports on performance and conduct in-depth analysis to understand shopping behaviors.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail-focused organization, with at least 3 years in e-commerce roles.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, and proficiency in analytical tools.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce UX and digital product positioning.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with web design basics.
• Proven ability to manage order fulfillment and returns efficiently.
